The sport of lacrosse is getting more creative by the day. One-handed passes, between the legs shots, and countless other moves that give the game its flair. It all starts with catching and throwing.

There will always be a place on man-up for the players who can pass and shoot. But if you can do it all, there will be a place for you everywhere on the field.
