It is another jam packed weekend of pro lacrosse as there will be 3 PLL and 4 MLL games for lacrosse fans to enjoy. The PLL will travel to their first stop in the south as they head to Atlanta for another wild batch of games on NBC Sports and NBC Sports Gold. The top teams are starting to pull away early on in this MLL season, but do not count anyone out yet and make sure to tune in as there will be 3 FREE MLL games to watch on Lax Sports Network. Here is what to expect in the MLL and PLL games we cannot wait to watch this weekend.
Dallas Rattlers vs Denver Outlaws
Watch on ESPN+ at 9 pm ET
In a rare weekday game, the Dallas Rattlers will travel to Denver to take on the Outlaws who are coming off of a bye week. The Rattlers are still looking for their first win as this young squad has had to battle through some adversity early on this summer. They have a tall task ahead of them as they must try and take down a dangerous Outlaws group on their home turf. Offensive weapons have emerged all over the field for the Outlaws as Zach Currier, Brendan Kavanuagh, Mike Schlosser, Chris Aslanian, and veteran John Grant Jr. are all scoring impressive goals and making plays. The Rattlers will also have to contest with Dillon Ward in net.

Archers vs Atlas
Watch on NBC Sports Network at 8 pm ET
With both the Archers and the Atlas coming off of tough losses last week, they will be hungry to get back on track in front of a national audience on NBC Sports Network. The Archers were one play away from completing the comeback against the Chaos thanks to late goals by Marcus Holman, Austin Sims, Will Manny, and Kevin Rice, but fell just short. The Atlas hung with the Whipsnakes up until the end of the 4th quarter when the Whips went a big run and the Atlas had no answer. Both teams will look to find consistency as playoff implications are already on the horizon.
Chrome vs Chaos
Watch on NBC Sports Gold at 1 pm ET
The Chaos are on a tear of explosive wins and continue to rack up highlight reel goals every weekend. They managed to escape the Archers’ comeback with goalie Blaze Riordan standing tall in net. The Chrome are fighting for their playoff hopes and it is only Week 5. Despite valiant efforts in all of their games there is still a zero in the their win column. Expect this game to be fast and physical as the Chaos will look to be aggressive and push the ball while the Chrome will do anything do get their first win. The Chrome will have their hands full trying to score on Blaze Riordan.

Whipsnakes vs Redwoods
Watch on NBC Sports Gold at 4 pm ET
The Whipsnakes have been the story of the PLL as they have found great chemistry early on to stay undefeated with Attackman Ryan Drenner seeming to always come up with big goals when it matters most. Can the Redwoods be the first to rangle the Whipsnakes? After last weekend’s dominate performance, the Redwoods look like they are poised to get a statement win. The Whipsnakes will be eager to chop down some trees as their long poles are getting it done on defense and offense.

Boston Cannons vs Denver Outlaws
Watch on Lax Sports Network at 6 pm ET
It will be a quick turnaround for the Outlaws who will travel to Boston after their game in Dallas and they will have to be ready to face the Cannons who sit atop the MLL standings. This has the potential to be the best game of the entire weekend with both teams boasting dynamic goalscorers, fast transition games, and goalies who have been playing lights out.
Atlanta Blaze vs Chesapeake Bayhawks
Watch on Lax Sports Network at 6 pm ET
Which team has the better Attack line? The Bayhawks have Lyle Thompson, Steele Stanwick, and Colin Heacock while the Blaze have Randy Staats, Shayne Jackson, and Tom Palasek. We will find out the answer as they will go toe to toe in what should be a high scoring and exciting affair. The Bayhawks are still undefeated and definitely want to keep it that way, but the Blaze have the firepower and the defense to hand them their first loss.
New York Lizards vs Dallas Rattlers
Watch on Lax Sports Network at 7:30 pm ET
If the Rattlers lose to the Outlaws on Thursday, then both teams come into this game without a win. One of these teams will get their first win of the season which will hopefully be the start of more to come. The Lizards have been so close to victory in all of their games, but have not been able to pull them out in the final minutes. Look for them to take advantage of a tired Rattlers team. Rob Pannell has been a bright spot for the Lizards.
