Georgia throttled the Rochester Knighthawks 2.0 on opening weekend with their deadly offensive group led by Lyle and Miles Thompson, Shayne Jackson, Bryan Cole, and Randy Staats. Mike Poulin was a brick wall in net and if he can replicate that performance then it will be a long night for Philly’s shooters.

Some of the Wings’ players have had too much time on their hands waiting to start their season.

The Riptide are still looking for their first win in franchise history after a tough welcome to the NLL last weekend in Halifax. They have some talented players on both ends, but it will take time to build chemistry. If they start clicking, they could put up a fight in Vancouver.

The Warriors will not shy away from the rough stuff if the game starts to get chippy.

San Diego Seals (0-1) vs Toronto Rock (0-1)
Watch on B/R Live at 10 pm ET

The Seals were neck and neck with the Buffalo Bandits until the last 5 minutes of the game last Saturday when the Bandits scored 3 quick goals. They looked dynamic on both offense and defense with the additions of Wes Berg, Jeremy Noble, and Zack Greer paying off right away. Playing in front of their home crowd could give them the boost they need to dominate for a full 60 minutes.

The Rock struggled to find an answer to the Black Wolves in the 4th quarter and will look to rebound as they work out some early season kinks. Their transition players like Challen Rogers and Brandon Slade may need to step up with some big plays if the offense continues to struggle.

Dan Dawson was a bright spot for the Rock in his first game in front of his hometown fans.

Get ready for some high flying lacrosse as teams are looking to get some big wins early in the season.
